Rules of the service
A summary of the most important rules from the terms. Where they differ, the [terms of service](/regulamin) apply.
Who may sell
- Adults, private individuals, verified by us, selling items from their own collection.
- One account per person. An account created after a ban is removed.
What may not be listed
- counterfeits and unauthorised copies of props, books, recordings and lecture notes;
- files, video recordings, digital copies and access to online content (unless you are the creator or an authorised distributor);
- items whose sale is illegal in the seller's or the buyer's country: weapons and their replicas, pyrotechnics, dangerous substances;
- stolen items or items you have no right to dispose of;
- items unrelated to magic, mentalism, juggling and related arts.
Secrets
Descriptions, photos and messages may not reveal the method of an effect. Mark a photo that shows the secret as secret – only signed-in users will see it.
Strikes
- A strike goes to a person who did not honour a binding declaration: no payment, no shipment, no reply in time.
- Strikes count for 12 months. Two strikes pause buying and bidding for 30 days (an automatic decision), three mean a review of the account by a human.
- You can appeal every strike and every decision under "Account status" for 6 months.
Moderation
Every decision to hide a listing or to restrict, suspend or ban an account comes with an e-mail: what, why, on which point of the terms, whether it was automatic and how to appeal.
