Does Top Change take a commission or handle payment?
No. The service is free and does not handle payments. You agree on payment and shipping directly with each other.
Do I need to be verified to buy?
No. Verification (social media + video call) is needed only to sell.
I clicked "Buy now" by mistake. What now?
"Buy now" is binding. Write to the seller at once through the messages; they can cancel the reservation. Repeated withdrawals end in a strike.
Can I withdraw a bid in an auction?
No, a bid is binding. Report an obvious mistake (for example an extra zero) to us immediately through the contact point.
Why can't I see some photos?
The seller marked them as secret because they show the method of an effect. You will see them after signing in.
What does the "Possible customs" badge mean?
That the parcel crosses the border of the European Union and duty, import VAT and a carrier's fee may be added. Details on the "Customs and shipping" page.
How do I report a counterfeit or a scam?
With the "Report" button next to a listing, a profile, a message or a rating. It works without an account too. Reports of fraud reach us immediately.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
In the account settings, section "Your data". It works for banned accounts as well.
